عزل البولي ايثيلين المبثوق
شرائح ولفافات البوليثين المتمدّد (EPE)، صفائح / لفات البولي إيثيلين ذات الخلية المغلقة، باكب رود.
البولي إيثيلين المبثوق هو عبارة عن عزل بولي إيثيلين مغلق الخلية ومرن مصنوع من البولي إيثيلين منخفض الكثافة كمادة أساسية مع عامل نفخ من البوتان.
السماكة القياسية: من 5 إلى 50 مم
الحجم القياسي: L 2000 x W 1000mm أو أي حجم يمكن أن يتم بنائا على الطلب
باكب رود
يأتي عود الفوم في شكل ملفوف بقطر مختلف. يستخدم على نطاق واسع كمفصل توسع من قبل شركات عزل المياه، ويستخدم كماده حشو للحماية من الضوضاء (لسحب الألمنيوم) ، يستخدم أيضا كحشو للديكور. الحجم القياسي للملفات: من قطر 8 مم إلى 60 مم ، يعتمد المترعلى السماكة.

تتوفر شرائح ولفافات البوليثين المتمدّد (EPE) من 2 مم إلى 5 مم وفقًا لطلب العميل. تستخدم لفات رغوة البولي ايثيلين على النحو التالي:

- تقليل نقل الضوضاء
- إنشاء طبقة فاصلة
- يمنع الحرارة / البرودة من الأرضية إلى وصلات السجاد

Extruded Polyethylene Insulation
(EPE Foam Sheet , Closed Cell Polyethylene Sheets / Rolls, Back-Up Cord)
Extruded polyethylene EPE is a closed cell, flexible, non-cross linked polyethylene insulation manufactured from low density polyethylene as a base material with blowing agent of butane.
• Standard thickness : From 5 to 50mm
• Standard size : L 2000 x W 1000mm or special size can be made upon special order
Back up Rod
EPE back up cord comes in coil form with various diameter. It is widely used as an expansion joint by water proofing companies, noise protection filler for aluminum extrusion, used as filler for decoration purpose. Standard size of coils: from 8 mm to 60mm diameter, coil linear meters depends on the thickness.
Usage of Closed Cell Polyethylene Sheets:
