To develop, implement, monitor, operate and maintain efficient manufacturing processes and workflow, for EPS products.

Job Responsibilities

  • Organize, implement, maintain and operate production machines and utilities
  • Develop working instructions, workmanship standards, and process documents, and to ensure that they are followed
  • Improve continually existing operation, for increased quality, productivity, efficiency and cost savings
  • Investigate operational problems affecting production, reporting and recommending solutions
  • Manage manufacturing documentation required for product manufacturing.
  • Provide manufacturing data i.e. production reports analyzing, machines capabilities, to improve manufacturing process and measure progress to target
  • Identify ways to reduce production costs through recommendations – i.e.  new process equipment, equipment justification to improve performance
  • Work as a design engineer on DFX (design for excellence) to include:
  1. Design for cost
  2. Design for test

Job Summary

The main job will be as site Engineer to handle the technical tasks of installation and fabrication works related to STYRO projects which are running in parallel with infrastructure works in the construction projects, it may be landscaping, void filling, EIFS, wall insulation, roof insulation etc…

Operations Engineer can also handle the daily operational tasks at STYRO factories and workshops which are related to production and fabrication.

Job Responsibilities

  • Calculate the bill of material (BOM) and confirm the bill of quantities (BOQ) before project starts
  • Review the installation methods and select the best way to apply the STYRO works on site
  • Handover the site tasks related to STYRO works and manage the team for best performance
  • Coordinate with site parties and manage the team communication
  • Maintain the cost-effective methods while managing the site works
  • Arrange the site requirements on the daily basis in order to achieve the project completion on time

General Purpose:

Responsible for coordination and provides support for the entire sales transaction and activities of the sales and other departments of the company


Job Responsibilities

  • Liable in preparing and sending quotations as per inquiry for Trading Department/Oman
  • Ensures Whether the customer received the quotation or not thru mail of fax
  •  Prepares the sales order for LPO’s sent by the customer for trading items/Oman
  • Checks the status of all LPO’s sent by the customer for Trading Department/Oman
  •  Gives technical support to the customer, Supporting with TDS(technical data sheet), Submittals, Samples other necessary testimonials as and when required.
  •  Receives all inquiries (by fax/email), confirms and check the price with the Business Development Director
  •  Coordinates with Logistics team for deliveries/samples(Local & Oman)
  •  Attends all the calls of the customer and acknowledging LPO’s & new inquiries
  • Responsible in holding all the LPO’s with outstanding payments & informs  the customer to clear the outstanding payments 
  •  Accountable in Sending proforma invoice for cheque copy
  •  Sends inquiry and in-charge in asking price from various suppliers for trading items.
  • Responsible in giving technical support to the clients in the absence of  Business Development Director.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned from time to time

Tele-Sales Representative

General Purpose:

The main role is to contribute to generating sales for STYRO and providing professional advice and information to our Customers/Clients regarding a variety of products and services offered by our company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in selling STYRO products and services using communications skills thru telephone call
  • Accountable in calling for follow up the existing customers
  • Ensures to maintain and keep the customers/clients engage with STYRO
  • Receives and handles customer inquiries and requests
  • Generates new sales leads and potential clients
  • Liable in making initial contact with all parties to ensure that all customers are satisfied
  • In charge in arranging appointments to visit the customers with Outdoor Salesman/Sales Executive if needed
  • Responsible in dealing with STYRO Sales Coordinators to provide quotations sales orders and other relevant documents
  • Generates weekly reports with remarks and recommendation
  • Performs other related duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements and Qualifications:

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential

– Good in coordination; customer service skills and exceptional telephone etiquette (fluent and speaks clearly in English)

– Ability to be flexible and creative in dealing with customers

– Able to demonstrate with understanding the needs of the customers

– Patient and highly motivated in making sales

– Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and can address complaints

– Good computer knowledge is a must
