Job brief

We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator with an Engineering Background to provide the necessary support to the field sales team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information.

The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet company visitors and walk-in customers appropriately
• Determine visitor needs in a professional manner
• Manage, assist, and guide visitors to the correct person or department.
• As you are the first point of customer contact in the organization you need to provide a fast and high-quality efficient service.
• Answer and address incoming phone calls in a timely and professional manner
• Clearly determine the purpose of the call
• Deal with queries and provide correct information using professional telephone etiquette
• Forward calls to appropriate person
• Take and deliver messages accurately and completely
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and Fax
• Prepare outgoing mail for customers or couriers

Requirements

• BSc/BA in business administration, Engineering with certification in sales or marketing will be an asset.

Job Summary

Accountant Cashier, primarily for Billing & Cash Handling, who have also knowledge of SAP software. To collect cash / cheque and credit card payments against cash invoices. Ensure all collection is entered in the system and banked regularly. You should be able to interact with the customer in a confident manner.

Responsibilities and Duties (Cashier)
• Front Desk Counter handling for all cash related transactions of indoor sales.
• Responsible for error-free Billing & Cashiering.
• Recording all collections including cash /credit card receipts and cheque deposits entries on daily basis.
• Posting entries onto SAP for down payments or payments against invoices.
• Responsible for handling daily reconciliation between Sales VS collection of store sales.
• Regular deposit of cash collection into banks as per company policy.
• Prudent handling of cash with ability to detect fake/ damaged notes.
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
• Submission of daily cash collection to the Accounts Department safe.
• Be responsible for the safe custody of the keys to the safe locker for cash storage.
• Performs other related tasks and duties as assigned from time to time

Responsibilities and Duties (Accountant)
• General posting of Accounts payable invoices and outgoing payments
• Verify authenticity of petty cash expenditure.
• Audit of bills for arithmetical accuracy.
• Ensuring transaction trail is documented with necessary supporting documents.
• Cheque preparation and dispatch.
• Coordinate with suppliers for payment related queries and updates.
• Drafting letters, official documents for business partners such as banks.
• Reconciling bank accounts.
• Ensure proper and systematic filing of business documents.
• Follow up with Banks for documents, queries, other related tasks.
• Adhoc duties as and when assigned.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
• Should be bachelor’s degree in Accounts
• Must have minimum 2-3 years of working experience in same role.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and accounting software.
• Relevant software skills (On-Job training to be provided).
• Strong numerical skills.
• Multitasking ability

Job Brief:
Material Planner should be able to ensure the appropriate supply of cost-efficient and high-quality materials required to maintain steady production and product delivery. Responsible to convert the sales orders to production orders in an effective manner.

Responsibilities:
• Receive all the sales orders from sales coordinators after the sales manager approval.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, purchasing and quality to attain production goals.
• Select the suitable original block type for each order and determine the required quantity for each job according to sales order planned quantity.
• Resolve capacity issues by prioritized scheduling and suggestions.
• Update production tracking and reporting reports.
• Analyze changing material demand patterns.
• Plan material to attain company metrics like turns and customer fill rate.
• Interface with vendors and forecast material integrity.
• Oversee and improve vendor performance.
• Analyze SAP generated forecasts on reasonableness and accuracy.
• Introduce new product, engineering changes and customer conversions.
• Determine, research and correct material inventory discrepancy causes.
• Ensuring materials meet specifications, quality standards, and are cost-efficient.
• Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production.
• Coordinating with other departments regarding production goals, timelines, supplier payments, etc.
• Tracking production volume and monitoring customer demand patterns and purchasing trends.
• Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products.
• Liaising with customers, suppliers, and distributors.

Qualifications:
• Indian from Kerala.
• Degree in business, logistics, or any related field.
• 2+ years of experience and knowledge in material planning and customer service field or any related field.

• Strong English Language skills, both verbal and written.
